By accessing or using Temto.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Description of Service

Temto is an AI-powered market analytics platform that provides:

• Real-time cryptocurrency market data visualization
• Algorithmic momentum indicators and market analysis
• Portfolio tracking and performance analytics
• Historical backtesting of market patterns

Temto does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or fund management services. All information displayed on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. Users make all trading and investment decisions independently and at their own risk.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Temto offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Limited access to market data and analytics features.
• Pro Plan: Full access to all analytics features, real-time data, portfolio tracking, and API connectivity. Billed monthly or annually.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Paddle). All prices are listed in EUR. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. User Accounts

To access the Platform, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. API Connectivity

Pro users may optionally connect their own exchange accounts via API keys. Temto uses these keys solely to read portfolio data and, if explicitly authorized by the user, to execute actions the user has configured. Temto never has custody of user funds. Users are solely responsible for managing their API key permissions and security.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to algorithms, software, text, graphics, logos, and data visualizations, is the property of Dex Networking LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
• Any specific results from using the Platform

Past performance indicators displayed on the Platform are not indicative of future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dex Networking LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any financial losses incurred through trading or investment activities

10. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Redistribute, resell, or share account access with third parties
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prishtina, Kosovo.
